Reservation Policy

• Check In: 2:00 P.M. Check Out: 11:00 A.M.
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights in cabins
• Deposit Amount Required: One nights advance deposit is required.
• Cancellations: One week prior to arrival, two weeks for major holidays or special events.

General Policies

• No Smoking: $250.00 recovery fee per violation
• Pets Allowed: Yes, but there may be a charge for excessive cleaning; see excessive cleaning fee below.
• Excessive cleaning fee: $50/hour if cleaning takes longer than the allotted time per housekeeper
• Open Year Round: Yes
• Quiet Times: 11:00 P.M. till 8:00 A.M.
• No unattended children allowed in game/breakfast room at any time.

• Military Discount: 5% with a 3 night minimum required
• Senior Discount: 5% with a 3 night minimum required
